I couldn't get anyone to return my call, after my consult for LASIK. Finally , I had a return call, from two different people. First Jackie called and scheduled me for Ladik, and then Laura called to tell me I was not a candidate for LASIK. Dr Desai is wonderful. He made me feel like I was his only patient.
